Harold Gene Carman, Jr. is the third generation of a five generation Real Estate Heritage that began in 1910. The Gene Carman Team is one of the oldest businesses in the Southern United States. Harold has been helping and working in the business almost all of this life. Harold has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Real Estate Major. He is a graduate of the REALTORS Institute and is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute. Harold has authored and taught several real estate courses. He has taught in the Nashville, Sumner and Wilson Association of REALTORS. But, Harolds great knowledge of  the real estate business is not just academic because he is an annual recipient of the Platinum Sales Award. His knowledge is put into action on a daily basis.












     Harold is married to Deborah Louise Carman and they have four children, Harold Gene Carman III, Ray WIlson Carman, Amanda Lynn McReynolds and Garrett McReynolds. Harold is a devoted Christian and has served as an evangelist, foreign missionary and pastor. Debbie is a mother, homemaker, super vocalist and awesome companion for her husband. Gene and Ray work with Harold in the Real Estate business and Amanda and Garrett are in college. 

   Harold is a great cook and enjoys watching the food network. He has developed many of his own recipes and they are greattt!! His favorite food is sushi
